It covers which AI services are approved for which kinds of University data, which are restricted, and what to do with the output an AI tool gives you. Read it before putting University information into any AI tool.
• How to identify High Risk data - OIT’s explanation of how to tell which risk category your data falls into. This is the companion to the guidance above: it tells you which bucket your data is in, so you know which part applies to you.
