The man walking behind the liner is pointing at the vibrating tube. Directly to the right, the vibrator is the slip form, then the press plate to which the longitudinal groove outers are attached. Work is being performed by Morrison-Knudsen, Inc. under Schedule 1 of above Specifications. H.E. Foss, photographer.
