Flow is from upper right to lower left of the picture. The iron ladder steps for getting in and out of the open transition are shown in the lower right corner of the picture. They are at the beginning of the transition and a similar set is installed on the right side of the transition. Work is being performed by Winston-Utah under Schedule I of above Specifications. H. E.
