The contractor is erecting forms, and placing reinforcing steel for the contractor is erecting forms, and placing and tying reinforcing steel for the underdrain pump well at the downstream end of the round-to-square transition. Specifications No. 2586, J.A. Terteling and Sons, Inc., Contractor.
