University of Idaho Library GIS Day Geocaching Event

The University of Idaho Library and INSIDE Idaho are sponsoring a geocaching event to celebrate National Geography Awareness Week and GIS Day on Wednesday, November 17, 2010.

The geocaching treasure hunt will begin at 11:30AM in the Library’s Map Room. 

Prizes: There will be a total of four pizza gift cards going to two University of Idaho students and two non-students who are the first-to-find an easier cache; and a Garmin eTrex H GPS device for the person who is first-to-find a second, more difficult cache. 

This event is open to all who wish to participate.
