Teaching and scholarship...and all of this, too?

The most visible part of legal education takes place in the classroom or in the courtroom and clinical training venues. Almost equally visible are the published works of scholarship, and the off-campus presentations to academic and professional audiences, by an intellectually engaged faculty at the College of Law. Less visible, but also vitally important, are a wide array of co-curricular and student life activities, as well as outreach and service to the entire university, to Idaho communities, to the State of Idaho, and to national organizations in legal education and the administration of justice – all provided or shaped through the efforts of our faculty and staff. These efforts reflect the broad mission, and underscore the importance, of a public law school at a land-grant university.
