- The Wallace Hospital in the snow, originally called the Frances Holland Memorial Hospital in memory of Mrs. Frances Holland who contributed most of the funds. The Hospital was built by the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. The construction began on May 3, 1890, cornerstone was laid on May 20, 1890, and ready for occupancy on October 1, 1890.Three automobiles can be seen parked in the snow outside the building. Several other buildings and trees surround the center.
