Description:
The camp 14 speeder coming up grade from 14 towards Headquarters, Idaho. The snow walls on either side of the track were almost as hard as rock except for a thin outside covering of fresh snow. Width of the plowed trough was only that of a log flat and men walking the track must needs climb the banks in quick fashion when a trainload of logs came past.'
