Growth and Progress - were annually chronicled on the side wall of Williams [sic] store in the early 1900s. This store believed strongly in civic promotions, doing much to advance the cause of agricultural fairs, horse shows, cattle and other livestock showings and sales during this period. The value of good publicity was endorsed and the company did much, outside of business interests, to achieve the notice and attention of this area. [Photo of newspaper item?]
