The IWRRI Community Water Project team met with the city councils of Bloomington and Paris, Idaho and agreed to provide the communities with assistance to: 1) evaluate the hydrology of the cities springs, 2) delineate recharge areas for these springs, 3) identify alternative ground water targets, 4) identify the recharge zones for the new targets, and 5) distribute results to the city, the city engineers, and the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality.
