These subprojects consist of fourteen re source and service functions: 1. Forest and range resources 2. Minerals 3. Outdoor recreation 4. Commercial fisheries 5. Irrigation 6. Water for municipal and industrial use 7. Water quality control 8. Hydroelectric power 9. Flood control 10. Navigation 11. Transportation and access 12. Anthropology 13. History 14. Agriculture Each of these fourteen resource and service functions will be examined on an individual basis at their present level of development and at projected levels of development.
