Where the Fuck Is the North Star? is a collection of poems that searches for direction and consolation through an attention to the world. The poems reckon with desire and what it means to believe in a present with a beloved that is out of reach. The poems are driven by image-making, surrealism, the absurd, and figurative language; they conflate multiple registers of humor and desperation.
