This house was originally the residence of the men of Delta Chi fraternity who left campus in 2012. From 2012 to the Spring of 2019 this building was home to the women of Steel House, which is an on-campus cooperative living group for women. Now, as of Summer of 2019, this building is home to the men of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity.
