Postsecret project

The University of Idaho Library is asking for your participation in its community PostSecret exhibit!  PostSecret is an ongoing community mail art project, created by Frank Warren, in which people write their secrets on homemade postcards send them to the PostSecret address; selected submissions are posted to the website: http://www.postsecret.com/

The library received student art fee grant funding to stage our own community PostSecret exhibit. Members of the community and the community of Moscow are invited to share a secret, make art on a postcard, and send it to the library for an October exhibit.  Simply pick up a pre-stamped, pre-addressed postcard at the library or anywhere on campus or around town where you see a stack, make art on the blank side, anonymously share something you’ve never told anyone (whether it’s serious or silly), and drop it in the nearest mailbox.  If you want to mail in your own card, the address is:

University of Idaho Library
PO Box 442350
Rayburn Street Room 402
Moscow, ID 83844-2350

In October the library will host a reception, with a speaker and refreshments, so look for that as well.
